Product of ISC JAPAN Co., Ltd. is sold based on FOB or C&F(CIF) Terms.
These terms govern all transactions except where ISC JAPAN Co., Ltd. signs a separate written contract with you.If ISC JAPAN signs a contract with you, that contract will prevail wherever that contract and these terms differ.

If export inspection is required at the buyer's country due to the import regulation, the inspection type & requirement must be implied from the buyer before the export.
Minimum of 50%~100% deposit of the Total C&F is required for the shipment to be processed.
All transaction/banking charge fees must be paid fully from the Buyer's side.

 

SHIPPING

 

1. Shipping arrangements will be processed upon the receipt of the deposit.

2. Shipping cancellation is no longer accepted once vehicle/s passed Japanese Customs check.

3. Shipping duration is approximated. ISC JAPAN Co., Ltd. is not liable for any delays caused by shipping company issues, origin and destination port authority issues and other reasons beyond ISC JAPAN Co., Ltd. control.

 

ISC JAPAN Co., Ltd. does not provide services such as OIL and RADIATOR COOLANT refill. We recommended that once customers have received the vehicle/s at the port to check and refill, if necessary, at their own expense.

 

Once the Shipment has been ordered, an SO (Shipping Order, BL draft) will be supplied to the customer, the customer is responsible to inform any change of consignee at this point of the stage. If you need BL amend after shipment, it required US$50 for the amend fee. Once final balance is confirmed at our account, all necessary documentation for the import process will be supplied via DHL/FedEx/EMS to the appointed address given from the buyer. Tracking Number will be supplied when dispatched　C＆F (or CIF) price must be paid within 5 business days after the BL copy is provided after the Departure.

If the Customer shall fail to pay the balance in full on arrival or within 1 week the vehicle arrival date at the Importer's Country, ISC JAPAN Co., Ltd. will have the full rights to forfeit the original deposit and to have the unit sold to a different customer to ensure the full collection for ISC JAPAN Co., Ltd. security.
Returns are not accepted on customer’s account. For issues concerning damaged, defective, or counterfeit products, please contact us.

 

This terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Japan Jurisdiction only without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
